Our story
Born out of AI research.
Hawk IVO GmbH grew out of a passion for artificial intelligence. Our roots lie in AI research, where for years we carried out optimization projects and consulting for production and shift planning.
These projects gave us an insight that shapes how we work: errors are cheapest to avoid when they arise early in planning. That is why we take qualifications and requirements into account from the earliest phase.
Brand
Hawk IVO stands for Intelligent Virtual Operations.
Hawk IVO is the umbrella brand for our products. It brings together workforce management, production and order planning, and agents in a shared understanding of operations.
Hawk IVO is a brand of Hawk IVO GmbH.

We bring not only software but also the know-how to build, integrate and scale agent systems in a company. We help with the setup.

Managing Director
Cedric Oette is Managing Director of Hawk IVO GmbH and is responsible for the content of this website. In research projects such as agileASSEMBLY and KI-ULTRA, he works with Fraunhofer and universities on AI-supported workforce and shift planning and on introducing AI in companies. His roots are in applied research on data analysis in production.
