Since 20 October 2026, we and our products have been operating under the name Hawk IVO. Here you can read what changes, what stays the same and what the new name stands for.

The company and its products now share the name Hawk IVO. All logos show the same hawk; the letter mark in the icon tells the products apart.

What changes

What is new as of today.

  • Brand

    We now appear as Hawk IVO, pronounced “Hawk Ivo” like a first name. The logo always carries the descriptor Intelligent Virtual Operations.

  • Product names

    Every product is called Hawk IVO plus an English word for its task: Hawk IVO Force, Hawk IVO Plan and Hawk IVO Scheduler.

  • Website

    You can find our website at hawkivo.com, in nine languages. Content from the previous website is available there under new addresses.

  • Company

    Our company is now called Hawk IVO GmbH, formerly Hawk Intelligent Technologies GmbH.

What stays the same

For customers and partners, what matters most stays the same.

Contracting party

  • Your contracting party is Hawk IVO GmbH.
  • The renaming only changes the name. Existing contracts remain valid without change.

  • Your contacts, our team and our locations stay the same.

Products and access

  • The products stay the same; only their names are new.
  • Technical addresses and access details only change with a separate announcement.

The core idea

What Hawk IVO stands for.

Hawk stands for the hawk in our logo. It is a shared symbol for the company and all products. The shape of its eye, the Hawk Eye, frames images and people on our website.

IVO stands for Intelligent Virtual Operations: planning work intelligently, organizing people and agents as one workforce and taking work through to the result.

Our guiding idea is “Humans + Agents / Finish More Work”. Human Workforce and Agent Workforce work together in hybrid teams, and people keep the responsibility.

How do you pronounce Hawk IVO?

“Hawk Ivo”. Ivo is pronounced like a first name, not spelled out letter by letter.

Why a new name?

Our offering has grown: from shift and production planning to software in which people and AI agents plan and complete work together. Hawk IVO brings the company and its products together under one brand.

Does anything change in my contract?

No. The renaming only changes the company’s name. Your contracting party is Hawk IVO GmbH, and existing contracts remain valid without change.

When does the new company name apply?

It already applies. Our company trades as Hawk IVO GmbH.

What happened to getaiTwin, getaiPlan and getaiSpace?

getaiTwin is now called Hawk IVO Force, and getaiPlan is now Hawk IVO Plan. The getaiSpace interface is now part of Hawk IVO Plan. Features and your data stay the same.

Does the website address change?

Yes. You can find our website at hawkivo.com, and general enquiries reach us at info@hawkivo.com.
