- Sign-in: Employees sign in at the terminal with their card, for example at the planning board of their area.
- Time recording: Arrivals, departures and breaks are booked at the terminal and are available to planning right away.
- Qualification check: Before a work step, the terminal shows whether the required qualification is on record in Hawk IVO Plan.
- Time and attendance: Hawk IVO Plan manages time accounts, approval processes and allowances and documents them in an audit-proof way.
Documented scope
Hawk IVO works with Datafox GmbH as a software partner. We define which actions a terminal offers for each use case; each device is uniquely registered in Hawk IVO Plan, and a dry run checks card, connection and action without creating a booking.
Prerequisites
You need Datafox EVO 3.5 Universal terminals, RFID cards for your employees, network access for the terminal and Hawk IVO Plan with employees, cards and qualifications.
