The device
Datafox EVO 3.5 Universal.
A time recording terminal with a 3.5-inch colour touch display, glass front and aluminium frame. Employees identify themselves with their RFID card; depending on the configuration, fingerprint or barcode are also possible.
The terminal connects via LAN, optionally via Wi-Fi or mobile network, and transmits its bookings to Hawk IVO encrypted via HTTPS. The glass front is also designed for outdoor use.
In use with Hawk IVO
Three tasks at the terminal.
We define which actions a terminal offers for each use case. These three are the core.
Sign in
Employees sign in at the terminal with their card, for example at the planning board of their area.
Record working time
Arrivals, departures and breaks are booked at the terminal and are available to planning right away.
Check qualifications
Before a work step, the terminal shows whether the required qualification is on record in Hawk IVO Plan.
