Why are there no fixed prices here?
The price depends on the product, the combination, the number of users, the connected systems and the operating model. That is why you receive a quote that fits your use.
Can we start with one product and expand later?
Yes. Hawk IVO Force can be used on its own; Hawk IVO Plan complements it when planning logic or operational interfaces are needed. If a product is added, we discuss the package price.
Is there user-based tiered pricing?
Yes. For Hawk IVO Plan, prices are tiered according to the number of users; as the number of users increases, you benefit from more favorable terms. For the other products, we state the tiers in your quote.
With Hawk IVO Plan, is it enough if only the planners have a license?
No. Every person relevant to planning needs a license, whether planner or scheduled employee, even if they use their access only rarely.
What applies to temporary workers who are only deployed occasionally?
Temporary employees can be set to “inactive” status. Their master data and history are retained, and license costs are paused. This can also be automated via SAP.
Can plants abroad be mapped with their own cost structures?
Yes. Within a framework agreement, plant-specific cost structures can be mapped.
In which operating models are the products available?
So far, Hawk IVO Plan has been offered in the public cloud, in a private cloud and on-premises. For the other products, we clarify the operating model with you in a conversation.
How do software vendors license Hawk IVO Force and Hawk IVO Scheduler?
We agree on licensing, support, updates and delivery based on the reviewed use case. It starts with an evaluation using a specific scenario from your product.
