In assembly at IMS Gear, an interface that is now Hawk IVO Space in Hawk IVO Plan made planning visible to the teams.
Research project · Manufacturing
In the BMBF research consortium agileASSEMBLY, Hawk and IMS Gear tested a digital planning board in assembly where employees choose their own tasks and the software checks qualifications in the background. A pilot group of 40 employees trialed it, the project received an award in 2025, and building blocks from it are now part of Hawk IVO Plan.
