Project or study in detail

Assembly and commissioning sit at the end of a long chain of dependencies. A delayed order can change time windows, required skills and available capacity. agileASSEMBLY explored how companies could make these late stages of product development more adaptable. The officially confirmed project period runs from January 2023 to June 2026.

Hawk’s contribution

As a partner in the BMBF research consortium agileASSEMBLY, we worked on agile shift planning and adaptable staff capacities. Together with Fraunhofer, RWTH Aachen and other partners, the project addressed the late phases of product development, from assembly to commissioning.

The original sources document the research project or publication at the time. This context connects the historical contribution with the questions facing today’s planning teams.
