Since 20 October 2026, we and our products have been operating under the name Hawk IVO. The new name brings the company and all its products together under one brand. What changes, what stays the same and what the name stands for is explained on the page Rebranding.
New product names
Every product is called Hawk IVO plus an English word for its task:
- Hawk IVO Force, formerly getaiTwin and in between HawkForces: the agent platform
- Hawk IVO Plan, formerly getaiPlan: workforce and order planning
- getaiSpace, workspaces and user interfaces: part of Hawk IVO Plan since 26 October 2026 and no longer a separate product
- Hawk IVO Scheduler, formerly Scheduler Ultra: the library for large planning views; Ultra remains as an edition
Features and data stay the same. Technical addresses and access details only change with a separate announcement.
New website, new company name
You can find our website at hawkivo.com, in nine languages. Our email addresses do not change for now.
Hawk Intelligent Technologies GmbH is being renamed Hawk IVO GmbH. We expect the entry in the commercial register in the coming weeks. Until then, your contracting party continues to trade as Hawk Intelligent Technologies GmbH; existing contracts remain valid without change.
What the name stands for
IVO stands for Intelligent Virtual Operations: planning work intelligently, organizing people and agents as one workforce and taking work through to the result. The name is pronounced “Hawk Ivo”, like a first name. Our guiding idea is “Humans + Agents / Finish More Work”.
